Delicious roast lobster cooked & smoked in the HELIA SMOKER, on the popular cooking show on WDR: Land & Lecker – countrywomen on a culinary tour. In the programme from 15/10/2018, Helga Trimborn, from the Schiefelbusch asparagus farm in Lohmar, cooks and smokes a delicious pork lobster roast with rind and even takes first place with it, in the series finale, on 05/11/2018 (“Finale mit Zwiebelgeschmack im Ruhrgebiet” [Finale with the taste of onion in the Ruhrgebeit]).

Also on the popular programme My Local, Your Local
on Kabel 1, the competing restaurateurs use our HELIA SMOKER smokers to score points with particularly tasty recipes. Mario Zaleski has also succeeded in this. His dish “Hot salmon fillet with lime foam and creamed leeks” was a hit. According to Mike Süsser, the salmon hot-smoked à la minute in the HELIA SMOKER was prepared to perfection, with the best smoke flavour, even fellow competitor Gino took a taste and was thrilled with the salmon.
